NPO ZVEZDA is the first and only company in Russia and the CIS that manufactures LEDs and LED lights using the unique remote phosphor technology.

We produce lights:

• Linear type,
• Flat type (for "Armstrong" type ceilings),
• Fluorescent lights,
• Directional lights,
• Lights for outdoor, street lighting.

Our lights are used for lighting various premises for different purposes: administrative and office buildings, apartment and private houses, medical and photolabs, banks, restaurants, educational institutions, government agencies, etc.

Products and Applications

Our company manufactures LEDs and next-generation lights using the remote phosphor technology. The uniqueness of this technology lies in the fact that the phosphor is not applied directly to the blue LED, but to a separate cap that acts as a diffuser.

• This unique development by NPO ZVEZDA significantly extends the life of both the phosphor and the LED.
• Lights produced using this technology provide more comfortable and uniform light.
• This allows for additional savings compared to alternatives, as fewer lights are needed for uniform room illumination.

Uniqueness of the technology

Employees

Currently, the company employs about 60 staff members, with an average age of 30 years. Most of them are graduates of the light engineering department and the electronic engineering department of Mordovia State University named after N.P. Ogarev. The high level of training allowed them to master the unique technology in just three months! The entire engineering team of the company underwent training in South Korea and now independently manages the production process.
